Watch the boats from our patio while you savor mouthwatering BBQ or indulge in a farm-to-fork dining experience while you take in the changing colors around the harbor. Sip Starbuck’s Coffee® while watching the sunrise, grab a quick snack by the pool for an afternoon pick-me-up, and end your night with a craft cocktail and live music. Wild Alaskan Halibut
In this month’s featured dish, Wild Alaskan Halibut, Chef North combines elements from the earth and sea to bring a delightful union of flavors to your plate. Caught off the coast of Alaska, this wild halibut is the largest flatfish in the open waters of the frigid ocean. With a season running from March through November, we have just entered the perfect time to enjoy the mild flavors of what some call the “fish for people who don’t like fish.” Lean and low in fat, halibut is also full of ever-important Omega 3s and is high in vitamins B6 & B12.
Brought in fresh and butter poached in Grassland Butter from Wisconsin, the halibut is topped with ruby red grapefruit, orange, and lemon and lime supreme, which pairs the fruits’ sweetness along with that of the fish. The citrus also adds a tartness that gently contrasts against the meat’s mildly salty flavor.
Rounding out the course, Chef North has crafted a creamy and delicious Red Beet Risotto which brings not only a beautiful deep red color to the dish, but also even more nutrients and a complementary flavor. The fresh beets used in the creation of the risotto add an earthy flavor to the entrée along with vitamin B9 and a high amount of nitrates.
Pair the dish with a crisp, citrusy Nautilus Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand. and finish the evening with our Vegan Waffle Cone Sorbet to complete this delicious dining experience.

Celebrate Mom with our delicious Mother's Day Brunch. Executive Chef Joshua North brings you seasonal salads, irresistibly fresh breakfast dishes, carved meats, traditional entrees, seafood, small plate desserts and more.
The health and safety of our guests and team members is our top priority, so each buffet station will be attended by culinary staff to serve guests.
