A beautiful 12 oz. Black Angus rib steak, hand selected by our cut house, is grilled to perfection over an open flame. The sizzling steak is then placed alongside a bed of creamy carnaroli risotto finished with locally produced butter and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Fresh grilled asparagus completes the dish with Maldon sea salt flakes and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, bringing a splash of color and crunch to the entrée.
