It's time to focus on you.

After a year of unique stresses, food deliveries and monotonous routines, get away to The Abbey Resort to reconnect with your inner well-being at our Lake Geneva Wellness Weekend. Focus on your physical and mental health as you learn about beneficial eating habits, relaxation techniques, personal motivation and more. Join us for educational talks, cooking classes, and guided fitness sessions throughout the weekend.

The lakeside setting of The Abbey Resort provides an ideal environment to relax, refresh and reconnect with your goals of becoming healthier, centered and focused. Set on the quiet west end of the lake, you'll have the opportunity to take in the morning sun as you do yoga and tai chi on our harbor lawn, or indulge in nutritious dining outdoors in the fresh air with the sound of harbor waves and spring birds around you.

When you're on your own, take the opportunity to center yourself by taking a stroll on the Lake Shore Path just steps away from the resort, or find our own quiet space on the lawn overlooking the harbor.

Meet Our Featured Speaker

Kristin Arnett B.S., CHHP, AADP

We are fortunate to be partnering with Kristin Arnett, Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Culinary Nutritionist for this weekend's activities. Kristin is the founder of Kristin's Kitchen, giving workshops to groups and working one on one with clients as a nutritional coach.

During her time in the food industry as a caterer, cooking instructor, test kitchen home economist, and a food stylist for major magazines, commercials, and advertising she became all too familiar with the food industry’s objective to make a profit at the expense of the population's health. As she began to align her own life with her beliefs about nutrition, she felt pulled towards a genuine desire to create awareness and to provide proper nutritional counseling, so that each individual can be empowered to make their own decision to pursue a healthy lifestyle.

She shares her philosophy as, “I want to help you be the best you, mind body and spirit. Taking control of your dietary health can be confusing, frustrating, and exhausting. I seek to eliminate the confusion, then educate and inspire you in your quest for health, vitality and balance. I want to empower you to create awareness, intention and focused action on your wellness journey. I believe there are seven pillars that are intertwined to achieve this. I look forward to sharing them with you”
