everything from top to bottom. Our restaurants offer a mouth-watering
and varied menu from which to choose your delicacies —

are many wedding resources in the area — from entertainment
to formal attire rental — and everything is right at

Food & Beverage
All food and beverages must be supplied and served by The
Abbey Resort. Your Wedding Coordinator will be happy to suggest
and design menus at your request should your group desire
something special.
Menu Preparation
To ensure every detail is handled in a professional manner,
The Abbey Resort & Fontana Spa requests your menu selections
and special requests are finalized 30 days prior to your food
function. You will receive a banquet event order on which
you can make additions or revisions and return it to us with
your confirming signature.
The Resort reserves the right to make menu and price changes
periodically throughout the year without notice.

Room
to Relax
Your wedding guests will love our newly-renovated guestrooms and suites,
all featuring vaulted and beamed ceilings, custom distressed
maple and leather interiors, and outdoor patios and balconies
with soothing views of Lake Geneva. A truly lasting impression
from sun to moon.
Venues
The Harbor
Ballroom is 10,150 square feet of stately beauty, and
is ideal for grand gatherings. For an affair amidst finely-landscaped
grounds and the gentle lull of the lake, our West
Shore Pavilion offers over 6,000 square feet, including
a private patio — perfect for post-event cocktails.
Vendor Services
A pre-determined time for setup or delivery of equipment and
décor must be established seven days in advance of your function.
We ask that the vendors you contract with are made aware that
they need to contact The Abbey Resort's Wedding Coordinator
to review these details. The resort will not permit the affixing
of anything to walls, floors, or ceilings with nails, staples,
tape or any other substance unless the Convention Services
Department gives prior approval.
