The Basics
For each guestroom reservation,
check in time is after 4 pm and check out time is 12 noon.
Please note that for leisure guests we have a 72 hour in advance
cancellation policy in order to receive a full refund. Group
cancellations may vary. Please consult with your group representative
for specific details. While we do our very best to meet all
our guest requests, we are unable to guarantee room type.
Resort Pass
For each room booked, we provide a resort pass for $12 plus tax (in addition to your room rate). This pass covers many of the resort's amenities and activities such as high-speed Internet access, weekday delivery of the USA Today, local transportation to area attractions and shopping, bicycle rentals, board games, basketball, etc.
Smoke Free
Our guestrooms at The Abbey Resort and Fontana Spa are smoke
free. We ask all our guests to please refrain from smoking
in the guestrooms,
and instead use designated smoking areas. Smokers don't worry;
there are over 90 acres outside and smoking is allowed in
Steamers Cigar Bar. In the event smoking occurs a cleaning charge of $175 will be applied to the registered guests account.
Pre-Ordering Amenities
The Abbey Resort offers an extensive and delicious room service menu from Fontana Grill. In addition, you can pre-order select beverages and snacks and have them waiting for you in your room. For information please call 262-275-1433, 48 hours in advance of your stay. |
